Joost Berkhout

Welcome to my personal website. My name is Joost Berkhout and I am an assistant professor of Analytics and Optimization at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and an associate member of Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI).

My research interests include production schedule optimization and Markov chain theory with a focus on applications such as social networks analysis and Google's PageRank. See Projects for more information.
